I scheduled appointments and walked through 3 spaces in the Mission District today.
- 1258 Valencia is a good space, lots of light with skylights in each room and a great sunny deck. 4 offices, a server room, 2 baths (one has a shower!). Also two large rooms with a glass wall partition. 1500 sq ft
- 365 Valencia is new construction, it feels/looks like a garage inside. 1500 sq ft
- 375 Valencia needs alot of work. Daniel seems very flexible. He is retiring and hoped to have had the shop cleared out already, it looks like he may be a few more months. What is interesting is he is willing to discuss creative shared use of the space ~ if we think we could co-work with a furniture restoration company! 3000 sq ft +
All 3 sites are flexible, and would consider 1 year lease terms as part of the discussion. Everyone is talking about $2/foot.
