- the vibe is a delicate, important thing
- we're building a community container
- serendipitous in the front of the space is critical; we also need to give monthly owners a space that they can operate from
- private space is conditional to making this happen
- 30-40% (or some percentage) set aside for regulars... maybe start out with a higher percentage to get it off the ground... (weight it based on the root structure -- where the money is coming from -- seed it with 60% private space and then pull back to more free space as we attract business)
